Is This Fair?

YouTube should be blocked because it use internet. Some time I can not get on the Internet because so my so many people are on the in. I every time I am on the internet it is very slow for me to use. I am tired of people watching bad videos and and they have a lot of violence. They should only be able to watch YouTube at home.
